Yggdroid (Japanese: アンドロ Andro short for Android) is a class that appears in the following games:
Overview
Yggdroids are one of the two unlockable classes in Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City, unlocked by completing the Molten Caves after siding with the Deep City. Armed with lost technology, they are some of the toughest party members with very high HP, STR, and END. While Yggdroids can wear heavy armor, they also have no innate weapon proficiency, requiring a subclass's weapon mastery skill to access anything stronger than a knife or book.
Yggdroids are immune to binds except those inflicted by their own skills, and while they remain at a static 60 TP (unless augmented by passive skills or equipment effects), their class skill provides TP regeneration while bound to allow them to continue fighting. Yggdroids can focus on deploying bots that automatically follow up elemental attacks made by the party, or further specialize into self-binding to access a consistent source of almighty damage.
The mechanical nature of their skills means that the other guild members cannot set Yggdroid as their subclass.
