Overview
Blue Pasaran is a unique rare FOE that appears across the labyrinth. It uses a gold FOE icon, can flee from the player both in the labyrinth and in combat and can move through walls into unreachable areas to escape.
Each floor in the fifth and sixth strata has two set Pasaran spawn points, and they would only appear if enough of the floor is explored. Once the spawn conditions are fulfilled, each step taken in a specific region of the floor has a 1-3% chance of spawning the Pasaran, and resting with a Tent has a 20-25% chance of spawning it.[1] Pasarans move one tile per four player steps, but can move through walls and into unreachable areas while trying to leave the floor.
The Blue Pasaran is not worth a lot of EXP on its own, but striking it with an elemental attack forces it to create a new Pasaran. Hitting with a fire attack creates a Red Pasaran that is worth a lot of EXP, volt attacks create a Gold Pasaran that drops a Happiness Fluff worth a fortune, and ice attacks create more copies of the Blue Pasaran.[2]
Once a Pasaran is defeated, it won't spawn from that point until 14 in-game days have passed. Pasarans spawned by walking about and by resting in Tents have independent timers, so a single floor can spawn up to four Pasarans at once.[1]
